This recording is plagued with a ton of digital “scratching” and drop-outs throughout, especially in “Jocko Homo (acoustic)”. Beyond a modest de-click treatment, it would have taken years to try to fix it, so I concentrated primarily on pitch correction.
Identified pitch deviations using 1988 Philly DAT source sequenced songs as a reference (also tuning software during playback against official references) and adjusted accordingly;
EQ to boost low end;
applied cross fade at tape flip following “Gates of Steel”;
re-tracked.
